Anne Feist is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist®. Anne is qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. The SRES® Council awards the SRES® Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program. By earning the SRES® designation, Anne has demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50-plus through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. She has received special training, gets regular updates, and is prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.

In addition to being a Senior Real Estate Specialist®, Anne also holds a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® designation. This designation educates professionals to work more effectively with their senior clients. It is believed that the right kind of planning, recommendations and referrals can make aging a state to be savored instead of a fate to be feared. For those who work with seniors, that means understanding the key health, social and financial factors that are important to seniors—and how these factors work together.

Most seniors are healthy, active, and alert. Yet, over time, some seniors may experience diminished physical and mental capacities — and may do their best to disguise these losses.
