I certainly do appreciate very much your ability to get my place sold quickly, it was a huge weight off my shoulders.  Given the last year or two's market just in that complex, I fell like this was a very successful and satisfying outcome.  I was afraid, especially a year ago when I first tried to sell, I'd have to bring money to the table, and so unless I were still living and working there in the area and able to patiently wait through the slump, this was the time to do it and very strategically!
