Sold Quickly...
I certainly do appreciate very much your ability to get my place sold quickly, it was a huge weight off my shoulders.  Given the last year or two's market just in that complex, I felt like this was a very successful and satisfying outcome.  I was afraid, especially a year ago when I first tried to sell, I'd have to bring money to the table, and so unless I were still living and working there in the area and able to patiently wait through the slump, this was the time to do it and very strategically!

We Are So Happy...

Crunch Time....
